Yoga Nidra with Special Guest Instructor Julie Rubio

Join special guest instructor Julie Rubio for an hour long Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice. Yoga nidra is a spoken, guided meditative practice designed to release stress and initiate the rest and relaxation response. An hour of nidra is said to provide the same benefits of 3-4 hours of sleep! Space is limited to 10 participants per session. As with all of our classes, please pay what you can afford.
