Perceptions Yoga, Mindfulness & Art
A non-profit provider of trauma informed yoga, mindfulness, and art experiences for all ages. Located in a historic building in downtown Vernon, the organization hosts monthly art shows in multiple gallery spaces, provides makerspaces with open studio hours, produces public art, partners with other organizations to produce special events, and has an artist in residency program. Certified instructors teach a variety of art and yoga classes, all utilizing a donation based, “pay what you can afford” system.
